Builder's Comments: We bought the block of land with the intention of removing the existing house and rebuilding a family home that took in the picturesque creek and ocean views.
The difficulty for us when designing our home was we have two very different tastes so we wanted to combined them together and come up with a Ultra modern and French style of home which would be truly unique.
Final Product: The difficulty when designing this home was the couple having two very different tastes so they combine them together and came up with this Ultra modern and French style of home which makes it truly unique. The front of the home has a charming French influence with flared eaves, French doors, rort iron lanterns & French terracotta roof tiles whilst the rear of the home is ultra modern with composite construction material used such as Stria & Matrix lining boards & a skillion roof line consisting of Colorbond steel.
The use of glass throughout the centre of the house which goes from floor to ceiling is complimentary to the water feature which allows the owner to view this setting from upstairs or downstairs.
